All of the sudden, there are only two weeks left in the NFL regular season. That means it’s time for teams with playoff aspirations to put up or shut up. Postseason dreams will be realized or shattered based on what happens on the field in Week 17.
At this point in the season, you should have a pretty good idea what every team is all about. The Raiders will not suddenly transform themselves into Super Bowl contenders this week. Similarly, the Saints aren’t going to look like a CFL franchise on Sunday.

5. Bet the Bears -4 at San Francisco
It’s time to give Chicago the respect they deserve. We’ve made fun of Mitchell Trubisky at times this season, but Matt Nagy has his squad playing really good football. After all, the Bears have a 10-4 record this season. Perhaps more importantly, that’s also their record against the spread.
The 49ers deserve credit for staying competitive after losing Jimmy Garoppolo, but they don’t have a ton to play for in Week 17. Chicago certainly does. They have playoff positioning at stake. That, combined with the talent gap between the two franchises, is more than enough to cover the modest four point spread.
