These are the players you need to take advantage of if you want to win your fantasy football matchup this week.

Playoff spots are on the line as the fantasy football season has reached the point where every week matters. The trade deadline may have passed in your league and owners are positioning themselves to hoist a fantasy Lombardi Trophy, but before you get to that point, you have to make sure you take advantage of these matchups to win your league in Week 10. Chances are if you have one or more of these players on your team, you’ll have a successful week. That said, if any of these options are sitting on the waiver wire, you have to scoop them up right now.

10. Jets D/ST vs Buffalo

This screams opening week against the Lions for the Jets here. If the Jets are sitting on the waiver wire, you have to scoop them up right now, because they might be the best play all week. The Jets have a good defense, but you want to start them against the Bills who will be starting Matt Barkley in his first start for the team.

Barkley was signed like five minutes ago, but he replaces Nathan Peterman in the starting lineup as rookie Josh Allen is not quite ready to return to the lineup. Barkley can’t have a good understanding of the offense yet or have any sort of relationship with his receivers, so this could be an ugly affair. Look for the Jets to get a few sacks and force a few turnovers, with the potential to turn one of them into a defensive touchdown.
