Green Bay Packers: Aaron Rodgers more clutch than Brett Favre?

Green Bay Packers fans have been blessed with great quarterbacks, but which of their most iconic legends is the most clutch?

Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers are hands down the two greatest Packers quarterbacks of the modern era.

Both brought back the Lombardi trophy to its first-ever home, both tallied at least one regular-season MVP, and both have actual rockets for arms. But while we can compare styles and credentials all day, we’re here to decide who’s the better late-game performer in the second episode of our “Who’s More Clutch Series.”

As Rodgers heads deeper into his 30’s, his legacy is nearly complete. Over the course of his time in Green Bay, he’s established iconic superhuman accuracy, up to an including being a wizard with the Hail Mary. Favre, however, had more than his fair share of comebacks and physical marvels, including one that took him from a Falcons sendoff to the savior in Green Bay back in the early-90s. Not to mention, he set the stage for Rodgers when it comes to clutch performances to top.

This is why we need to revisit resumes and choose once and for all which one is more likely to snatch a victory from the jaws of defeat. It’s not a question of who is better, who has accomplished more, or who can throw farther — this is about having the most ice in your veins.

Is it Favre or Rodgers?
