Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is encouraging folks to get the vaccine for life to continue to get back to normal.

Over the last week, there’s been plenty of drama in the NFL surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine. Buffalo Bills wideout Cole Beasley has created countless headlines, as the veteran isn’t going to get vaccinated and he blasted the NFLPA for the new Coronavirus guidelines.

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is seeing things a bit differently. Not only did the superstar pass-catch get the vaccine, but he’s also encouraging others to follow suit. With life getting more and more back to normal, Kelce is fired up for Arrowhead Stadium to have packed fans in the fall.

“I’m just glad that everything’s going to get back to normal here,” Kelce said via Pro Football Talk. “I think this year is going to be absolutely nuts. I can already feel everybody getting back out in the community and the electricity the city’s bringing. Just being able to get back around each other, and I think this vaccine is only going to help make everybody safer and more comfortable to get back to daily life.”

Kelce really didn’t hold back here, as he truly can’t wait for the new season to arrive. While the Chiefs were able to host fans at a limited capacity last season, Kelce is ready to see sold out stadiums come the 2021 campaign.

Some teams have already come out and announced that will be the case, including Kansas City. With more than 75,000 supporters expected to cheer on the Chiefs for home games, this is something Kelce is fired up for. It should be a year to remember for Kansas City.
