Look: Bills’ legend Bruce Smith shows off epic quarterback graveyard

Bills’ all-time great Bruce Smith was unimpressed by Myles Garrett’s quarterback graveyard and, after seeing the Hall-of-Famer’s, it’s easy to see why.

Earlier in October, Browns defensive end Myles Garrett decorated for Halloween with a quarterback graveyard on his front lawn. In essence, he had a headstone for every quarterback he had or will play this season. This apparently caught the attention of Buffalo Bills legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Bruce Smith.

Smith even said it inspired him.

Of course, that inspiration was to show Garrett “what a real quarterback graveyard” actually looks like. Then, the NFL all-timer unveiled his absolutely epic collection of headstones in his own yard, really getting into the spooky spirit (at least spooky for every quarterback who lined up opposite of Smith):

Bills’ legend Bruce Smith has a quarterback graveyard unmatched by anyone else in NFL history.

Bruce Smith, of course, still holds the NFL record for career sacks after dominating across 15 seasons with the Buffalo Bills and his final four with Washington. He finished his Hall of Fame career with an even 200.0 sacks, hence the size of his quarterback graveyard.

Of course, Garrett or any Browns fan can’t be mad at Smith for one-upping the current Cleveland defensive end. Whenever you inspire one of the all-time greats at your position to, so to speak, show you how it’s really done, you’re doing something right.

It’s doubtful that Garrett will ever be able to match the collection of headstones that Smith has to his credit. But then again, no one in NFL history has anything compared to the Bills legend.
