The NFL is flooded with the best talent from all over the country. From California to Maine, here are the best NFL quarterbacks ever from every state. 

We talk a lot about quarterbacks, and for good reason. It is the most important position in professional sports. Kids from all over the country grow up and dream of being under center in the NFL.

From sea to shining sea, here are the best quarterbacks in NFL history from every state.

Who are the best quarterbacks from every state?

Alabama: Ken Stabler

Ken “The Snake” Stabler was one of the best quarterbacks of the 1970s. The Raiders were one of the best teams of the 1970s, and Stabler was the driving force of that. While the defense was loaded with hard-hitters, Stabler was at the helm for some of the best plays of the decade.

“The Holy Roller,” “The Sea of Hands,” “Ghost to the Post,” etc- Stabler was the author of several of the league’s biggest moments. He was the NFL MVP in 1974, a four time Pro Bowler, and led the Raiders to a Super Bowl victory in XI.

Alaska: None

To the shock of absolutely no one, there hasn’t been a quarterback throughout NFL history who was born in Alaska. As a matter of fact, there have only been 13 players in total that have come from the most northern part of the United States.
