NFL Playoffs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Antonio Brown relishes in Bucs losing to Rams in the playoffs

Antonio Brown could not be happier that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost at home to the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC playoffs on Sunday evening.

Only a few weeks since he openly quit on them up at MetLife, former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown is having the time of his life celebrating their demise in the postseason.

Tampa Bay looked like death for the better part of this game. While Tom Brady nearly pulled off a comeback for the ages, Matthew Stafford found Cooper Kupp deep to lift the Los Angeles Rams to the NFC Championship game. Brown might have burnt a bridge with his fourth NFL team, but he clearly enjoyed watching his former employer’s season in the most heartbreaking way possible.

Look at what Brown shared on Twitter after the Buccaneers’ Super Bowl repeat came up short.

Antonio Brown trolls the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after they were eliminated

Brown tweeted out a doctored picture of his prancing around MetLife shirtless carrying a Bucs eliminated banner. He put “I Can’t” at the header of the tweet with a rolling on the floor laughing emoji to let everybody and their brother know that the Super Gremlin is super cereal here. Though cutting bait on the Buccaneers prematurely was an atrocious look, Brown did get the last laugh.

As for what the future holds for Brown, nobody knows. He says he is a football player first and foremost, but what team in its right mind will bring him into their facility? As for what comes next for the Buccaneers, that is a totally different beast. No, they are not going to be able to run it back for a third year in a row. They will be losing a few key free agents from their Super Bowl 55 team.

If Brown’s Buccaneers bridge wasn’t burnt already to a crisp, here is scorched earth armageddon.
