2022 NFL Draft: Buffalo Bills 7-round mock

The Buffalo Bills are going to be incredibly busy with their NFL Draft prep, as the team has nine selections on the way.

While the Buffalo Bills suffered a heartbreaking loss to the Kansas City Chiefs earlier this winter in the Divisional Round, this team is now focused on the offseason and adding some studs to the roster in the near future. This includes rising talent in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Come early April, Buffalo will have nine total picks. In the first round, Buffalo has the No. 25 overall slot. So, which college standouts could join the Bills?

Andrew Booth

CB Clemson

If you ask Bills fans, they would love it if the Buffalo front office focused on the secondary with the No. 25 pick. More specifically, people are hopeful that a cornerback will be taken in the first round by the team. So, how about a speedster from Clemson in Andrew Booth?

Booth was brilliant for the Tigers, as he finished 2021 with 36 tackles, five pass deflections and three interceptions. A 6-foot-0, 200-pounder, Booth is known for his fantastic speed and ball-hawking abilities. He had one season of eligibility left for Clemson, but decided to pursue his NFL dreams.

For Buffalo, they would of course love to land Booth. At the same time, they need to hope that he falls to them. Multiple Mock Drafts have Booth going in the mid-first round, while ESPN’s Todd McShay had him going No. 26 overall in his latest Mock Draft.

If Booth is available at No. 25, you’ve got to imagine Brandon Beane and the rest of his staff wouldn’t hesitate in taking Booth off the board. Booth, barring a surprising turn of events, feels like a lock to be a first-round pick. We’ll find out soon enough if he falls to Buffalo. If he’s not there, Washington cornerback Trent McDuffie would be a player to watch for the Bills.
