TMZ Sports has released a video and images of Jerry Jones’ car accident from Wednesday night.
Images and a video from Jerry Jones’ car crash have been released, thanks to TMZ Sports.
The Dallas Cowboys owner was involved in a car accident on Wednesday night in Dallas, roughly 20 miles from the team’s facility. The crash itself took place at 6:10 p.m. CT at the intersection of Wolf Street and Harry Hines Boulevard. TMZ’s video shows a silver sedan was trying to make a left turn from a right lane on a one-way road. Jones’ dark sedan was speeding and t-boned the car.
Jones was able to get out of the car and walk over to the sedan his inadvertently crashed into.

Jones was transported to a local hospital for some minor injuries, but nothing major. He has since returned home and is doing fine, per his son in Cowboys’ director of player personnel Stephen Jones. While there is no word on if the other car’s passengers have suffered any significant injuries, Jones did run over to the car he hit to see if everyone was alright after the accident.
From the looks of the video, upon first glance, it seems at though Jones straight-up t-boned the other car. However, the fact the car that got hit was trying to turn left across traffic on a one-way road certainly changes the narrative. It would have been a bad look for Jones otherwise, but him getting cut off by the other driver makes it understandable for why this car accident happened.
Ultimately, it is great news for Jones to be okay after the car crash. Jones has meant so much to the NFL for decades, as arguably the most influential owner in the sport’s history. Though he is getting up there in age, accidents happen on the road more than anyone would like to admit. Thankfully, he is in good shape and can return to work in short order to help his Cowboys win big.
