The World Cup kicked off on Sunday, Nov. 20 but Tom Brady found a way to steal the show … like always.
A commercial, featuring Brady aired to promote the event and had fans in stitches.
The commercial features Brady watching 37-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo on TV score a goal for team Portugal.
“He’s getting kind of old, isn’t he?” Brady says.

This is, of course, a play on Brady’s age … a whole 8 years older than Ronaldo at 45 years old.
The World Cup kicked off in Qatar with Qatar vs. Ecuador. The host team (Qatar) fell 0-2 but the game wasn’t without controversy. In the first three minutes of the game, fans accused the game of being rigged due to a bad call. It turned out not to matter since they ended up losing anyway.
