College football news is still pouring in before we get to spring practice with Alabama, Georgia, Caleb Williams and Ohio State all making headlines.
It’s the college football offseason when most fans are waiting for anything, even if that anything is just spring practice to start so we can overreact to every moment. However, the offseason doesn’t mean that the college football news cycle stops.
Between forever ongoing coaching moves, future prospects for big stars in the game and some wild stories from this past season, there is never a shortage of offseason content when it comes to this crazy sport.
Over the past few days, though, these are a few big things that every fan should have their eyes on.

College Football News: Georgia could lose another coordinator to NFL
Whenever you win back-to-back national championships, other teams start to take notice — even if those other teams are a step up in the NFL. Such is the plight of the Georgia Bulldogs this offseason.
Offensive coordinator Todd Monken has already signed on for his return to the professional ranks after he was hired by the Baltimore Ravens to replace Greg Roman. Mike Bobo will step up to replace him. But now it seems as if there is another coordinator could be heading to the NFL as well.
On Wednesday, it was reported that co-defensive coordinator and inside linebackers coach Glenn Schumann was in contact with the Eagles as Philadelphia looks to fill the same position after Jonathan Gannon was hired by the Arizona Cardinals to be the team’s head coach.
Kirby Smart hasn’t seemed too worried about filling any coaching vacancies that have opened up. It was within an hour after Monken was hired by the Ravens that Bobo was promoted. So it only stands to reason that we would see him just keep Will Muschamp as the sole defensive coordinator, dropping the “co” from his title should Schumann leave.
Even still, for a budding dynasty in Athens, the Dawgs are now seeing what that can mean in terms of coaching turnover on Smart’s staff.
