JuJu Smith-Schuster has joined the race to try and help the Pittsburgh Steelers land star defensive end J.J. Watt.
Just like everyone else out there, DeAndre Hopkins is hoping he can try and recruit J.J. Watt to spurn the other teams out there and suit up with him in Arizona. However, you think JuJu Smith-Schuster is just going to sit back and not do anything himself? Not a chance.
Hopkins took to Instagram to try and recruit Watt, but Smith-Schuster decided to comment on his post and try and convince the defensive end to head to Pittsburgh instead to play with his brother T.J. Watt. Should Watt stun everyone and sign with Pittsburgh, Smith-Schuster will be getting a parade in his honor.

Unfortunately for Smith-Schuster, the Steelers have some serious competition in trying to land Watt. Reports have surfaced that the star defenseman has high interest in the Cleveland Browns, while the Tennessee Titans are also making a strong push to try and land his signature this offseason.
Whoever does end up bringing in Watt will be landing one of the best pass-rushers of this generation. Few players hit the field with more fire or passion than the veteran defensive end. Come next season, he’ll be hoping to not only continue making big plays, but also try and help a team make a push for a Super Bowl.
Some of Watt’s best years have been wasted in Houston, including 2020. Last season, the Texans went 4-12. Now, the two sides have agreed to part ways and Watt is ready for a fresh start. We’ll see where he ends up next, but if you ask Smith-Schuster, there’s no better place to suit up in the fall than Pittsburgh.
