Patrick Mahomes’ brother, Jackson, dumped water on a Baltimore Ravens fan after the Kansas City Chiefs lost 36-35.
The Kansas City Chiefs looked as though they were cruising to a victory over the Baltimore Ravens. That was evident after their 35-24 lead in the third quarter. That never came to fruition, thanks in part to two costly second half turnovers by Chiefs, allowing Lamar Jackson to lead the Ravens to a 36-35 victory.
After the game, a Ravens fan encountered Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Patrick. The fanatic said something that Mahomes did not like, because he dumped an entire water bottle on him, as evidenced in the video below.
Jackson Mahomes dumps water on Ravens fan following Chiefs loss
We do not know the whole story here leading to Mahomes dumping water on that Ravens fan, so we are not going to speculate.
After Jackson gave the Ravens the lead in the fourth quarter on a one-yard touchdown run, there was a little less than two minutes remaining in regulation for Mahomes to pull off some magic to lead the Chiefs to victory. Four plays later, running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire fumbled after getting tackled by Ravens first-round draft pick Odafe Oweh. Shortly thereafter, the Ravens converted on fourth down thanks to a gutsy play call by head coach John Harbaugh, giving the Ravens the victory.
After throwing for 343 yards, three touchdowns and one interception (24-of-31 on pass attempts), Mahomes suffered his first loss in the month of September in his fourth-year as Chiefs starting quarterback.
