Shocking news has arrived out of Tampa Bay, as Antonio Brown is being accused of using a fake vaccination card.
Drama just seems to always follow Antonio Brown, doesn’t it? The Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver has impressed this campaign and he’s also kept himself out of trouble. Now, though, some alarming accusations have come in against the speedster.
According to The Tampa Bay Times, Brown’s former chef, who he’s in the middle of some beef with, has come out and said that the Bucs wideout has been using a fake vaccination card to avoid NFL protocols this season. Goodness.
Antonio Brown fake COVID card: Bucs WR allegedly outed by ex-personal chef
It goes without saying, but Brown could be facing some serious punishment if this turns out to be true. In early September, Bruce Arians announced that the team was 100 percent vaccinated. With that said, if Brown is not vaccinated and lied to the entire team about this, Arians will of course be furious.
Thus far this season, Brown has hauled in 29 balls from Tom Brady for 418 yards and four touchdowns. While he’s been battling an injury, Brown is still a key piece of the offense for Tampa Bay. His status for Monday Night Football was up in the air before, but now things are even more complicated thanks to this latest report.
This is a serious, serious offense against Brown. With his former chef also sharing text messages that prove Brown went ahead with this plan. Again, there could be some massive consequences coming Brown’s way if he lied about his vaccination status. He’ll have some serious explaining to do here. Bucs fans will wait to see how things pan out, but things aren’t looking good for Brown or the team as a whole.
