The Green Bay Packers looked to keep pace with the Arizona Cardinals, who are set to play the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has made a career out of making life miserable for the Chicago Bears, led the Packers to a huge 45-30 victory on Sunday night.
Now, sitting with a 10-3 record, the Packers have inched that much closer to not just clinching a playoff berth, but the NFC North title. Here is their path to winning the division in Week15.
How Green Bay can clinch NFC North in Week 15
It is a simple task for the Packers. If they defeat the Baltimore Ravens on Dec. 19, they will win the NFC North championship for the third-consecutive season.
Baltimore if facing a bit of unknown exiting Week 14. Starting quarterback Lamar Jackson had to be carted off the field against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday after spraining his ankle. Jackson is set to undergo further testing on Monday to determine the severity of his sprain. The quarterback was spotted wearing a boot following Baltimore’s 24-22 loss to the Browns.
The Packers initially trailed the Bears as much as 24-14 near the end of the first half, but they bounced back and pushed past their rivals thanks to the play of Rodgers. The quarterback completed 29 of his 37 pass attempts for four touchdowns and zero interceptions.
Green Bay is carrying all of the momentum next week, as they not only look to win the division, but also inch closer to grabbing the top seed and first-round bye in the NFC.
