Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins threw a brutal interception against the Chicago Bears. But the refs may have missed a penalty.
The Minnesota Vikings are in the thick of the playoff race, and had the chance to improve their odds with a victory over the rival Chicago Bears on Monday night. They needed quarterback Kirk Cousins to not make any mistakes and play a clean game in primetime.
Late in the second quarter, Cousins threw a deep pass down field, right into the hands of defensive back Deon Bush. Seriously, he threw it right to him. But, the Bears may have gotten away with a holding penalty.
Keep your eyes peeled for Justin Jefferson in the slot getting pulled down to the turf.

This is a play that Vikings fans hoped wouldn’t come back to haunt them in the end of the game. Sure enough, it did not, as the Vikings won 17-9.
Despite this missed call, the Vikings walked into halftime with a 10-3 lead. In the first quarter, Cousins hit wide receiver Jefferson in the corner of the end zone for a 12-yard touchdown in the first quarter.
While some will point to the bad throw by Cousins, others will point to Jefferson being pulled to the ground and no penalty being called by the on-field officials.
