10 best players available after Round 1 of the NFL Draft

The first round of the 2020 NFL Draft has come and gone, but some big names and potential superstars are still waiting to have their name called.

The first round of the 2020 NFL Draft took place on Thursday night, but there are so many players with first-round talent that remain on the board for day two. Notable reaches were made by the Giants, Raiders, and Eagles, forcing other players down into round two.

Very few trades took place as well, likely as a result of the amount of talent still available. Here are ten players that should go early in the second round on Friday.

The former Bulldogs star had a real case to make in order to be the first running back taken in the 2020 NFL Draft, but that honor went to LSU star Clyde Edwards-Helaire when he was taken by Kansas City.

At Georgia, Swift was a 1,000-yard rusher in multiple seasons. Like his name says, he is swift, operating with great timing and decision making. Swift is patient, allowing the blocking scheme to develop in front of him before picking his hole and exploding through it.

Swift could be in play very early on Friday, with the Bengals, Lions, Dolphins, and Texans all as potential landing spots. It would be a shock if he makes it through the second round unclaimed.
