This pushed me into taking a buy-low approach with the position. Going in this direction allowed me to spend big when it came to the running back spot. However, I left myself open for a possible let down at quarterback.
My hope is that by securing a stud running back it will overcome any quarterback issues. However, I’m not punting at quarterback as I went with a high upside option.
Things at the tight end position also offer some interesting choices. Greg Olsen’s return to the lineup is a really intriguing. He looked solid last week and could be poised for a breakout performance.
Last week I had some poor calls at the running back spot. Chris Carson didn’t light up the score board and Alfred Blue went back to his backup role. The Blue situation came as a bit of a surprised based on how well he played the previous week.
My wide receiver group was led by Tyler Boyd who continues to be one of the more productive fantasy receivers in the league.
