Fantasy Football 2018: 10 matchups to attack in Week 7

Last week’s matchups to watch brought us QB dominance and WR struggles. Who finds themselves in prime Fantasy Football position this week?

It’s all about the matchups in Fantasy Football. That’s what they say. That’s what I say but last week we were hit or miss. Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady dominated on Sunday and Monday night in important wins.

Todd Gurley dominated at all levels when Jared Goff struggled. Travis Kelce and James White didn’t perform as we thought they would.

On we go. We’re on to Kansas City, I mean Week 7. Week 7 has a lot so let’s get into it. A quartet of quarterbacks ready to go, a defense with a great matchup and a pair of running backs who shine brightest in football. Let’s go!

No. 10 Jared Goff vs. San Francisco

Jared Goff just above Trubisky. The Rams are still undefeated, yet I hope to see more from Goff. Odd it is, I know. Todd Gurley does so much for that offense that even on a bad day the Rams look good enough to beat most teams. That’s really good as Goff continues to develop.

Goff had his worst outing in the win over Denver, posting his worst completion percentage (50 percent) of the season and finishing 14-for-28 with 201 yards, no touchdowns and an interception.

Let’s not dwell on that, the Rams are still 6-0 and get a San Francisco team that just had its heart ripped out by Aaron Rodgers.

Through the air the 49ers have given up 14 touchdowns, good for 5th worst in the NFL. Add in an 8th worst yards per game to opposing quarterbacks and just one interception and I love this Goff matchup.

Richard Sherman, as well as other 49ers defenders, have been prone to being caught out of position and taking ticky-tack penalties. Goff can exploit that this weekend.
