Now that the Super Bowl is over, it’s time for an NFL mock draft to see which player might be headed to play for your favorite NFL team.

The NFL saw their 2018 season come to a close this past Sunday, as the Los Angeles Rams took on the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LIII. The Patriots were able to come away with a hard-fought victory, sending Tom Brady to the podium for a sixth time, which is an NFL record for rings for a single player.

With that said, here is our latest 2019 NFL mock draft after Super Bowl Sunday.

Nick Bosa

Edge, Ohio State

The Arizona Cardinals will kick off the first round of the 20019 NFL draft, as they finished with a 3-13 record during the 2018 season. With a rookie quarterback and a rookie head coach, the Cardinals just could not string wins together, and could not even beat some of the worst teams in football.

In 2019, they will have a new head coach, as Kliff Kingsbury replace Steven Wilks at the helm of the team going forward. This will be Kingsbury’s first try as a head coach in the NFL, and brings with him a reputation of being a solid coach when it comes to developing quarterbacks.

He will need to lean on that expertise next season, as Josh Rosen enters his second year as the starter in Arizona. When it comes to the first pick in the 2019 NFL draft, the Cardinals should look to add an elite edge rusher, and Nick Bosa is the consensus first pick in many mock drafts so far this off-season.

Bosa is a guy who can do so many things well on the football field but will have to prove he is healthy after sitting out the second half of the college football season preparing for the NFL draft. The Cardinals already have an elite edge rusher in Chandler Jones, so adding Bosa would give them an incredible bookend along their defensive front for the foreseeable future.
