Dak Prescott looks absolutely ripped poolside

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback shows off his physique in an appearance with “Dude Perfect.”

NFL training camp is taking place as scheduled, despite the presence of the coronavirus in the United States and across the globe. Players are now getting back into game-shape at their respective facilities, with the goal of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy in the Super Bowl. Perhaps no player has more pressure on him than Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.

Eyes are always on the Cowboys, but even more so on Prescott, who’s playing under a one-year, $31 million franchise tag. In hopes of getting a mega contract extension down the line, Prescott obviously used his time in quarantine to keep himself in shape, as evidenced by these poolside photos of him while working on some trick shots with “Dude Perfect.”

The spotlight will be on Prescott all season long

This is a sight that Cowboys fans always like to see. They have a bit of a love-hate relationship with the quarterback. While he’s a solid signal caller in the NFL, his desire to be the highest paid quarterback in the league has turned some off.

Last season, Prescott completed 65.1% of his passes for 4,902 yards and 30 touchdowns, both career-highs. However, his play just wasn’t enough for the Cowboys to clinch a playoff spot.

Now, after both parties fell short of finalizing a deal by the July 15 deadline, Prescott will play on the franchise tag. On top of that, Prescott is playing under new head coach Mike McCarthy, who will determine throughout the season if he’s the guy he wants to start under center. While McCarthy usually runs a West Coast offense, the former Green Bay Packers sideline boss retained Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, which is a huge plus for Prescott.

Take a deep breath, Cowboys fans. Prescott looks to be in great shape ahead of the 2020 season.
