First look at CeeDee Lamb in iconic No. 88 Cowboys jersey (Video)

CeeDee Lamb looks really good in his new No. 88 jersey with the Dallas Cowboys.

The Dallas Cowboys teased their fans with the first look at first-round pick CeeDee Lamb sporting his new uniform, wearing the iconic No. 88 jersey.

The Cowboys tweeted a heart eye emoji with the video clip and Lamb later retweeted it with an emoji of an arm flexing. Both sides are excited about this and the fans are definitely hyped up as well and why wouldn’t they be? Lamb will be a game-changer in Dallas.

There’s a lot of hype surrounding the Oklahoma product since the moment he slipped to the Cowboys. It’s fitting that he gets to wear the same number as past Cowboys greats, including Michael Irvin, Drew Pearson and Dez Bryant.

Lamb was an elusive receiver during his three years at Oklahoma, posting two 1,000-plus yard receiving seasons and scoring double-digit touchdowns in two different seasons. He managed to do this despite having a different starting quarterback every season, proving just how dominant he truly is.

CeeDee Lamb was a top-10 prospect in the 2020 NFL Draft but dropped to the middle of the first round

It was shocking that Lamb fell to the 17th pick in the draft in what was widely considered as a top-notch wide receiver draft class. While the Cowboys had other needs, passing on Lamb would have been foolish and they wisely snatched him up to join their already stacked offense.

Lamb will join Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup on the receiver depth chart and should be enough to put the Cowboys into Super Bowl contention this year. He gives Dak Prescott yet another weapon and now he has the draft stock and the jersey number to live up to during his Cowboys career.
