After spending the past two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, veteran wide receiver DeSean Jackson has reportedly signed with the Los Angeles Rams.
DeSean Jackson isn’t ready to hang up his cleats, as the veteran wide receiver is all set to get back on the gridiron for his 14th campaign. However, he won’t be playing in the NFC East.
According to NFL insider Mike Garafolo, Jackson will be heading to Los Angeles, as he’s signed a new deal with the Rams. Another weapon for new Rams’ signal-caller Matthew Stafford? You better believe it.

Jackson returned to Philadelphia, where he spent the first six years of his career, in 2019 and played two seasons under former head coach Doug Pederson. Before that, he also spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington Football Team.
Now, Jackson will be making the move to the NFC West to suit up for the Rams, a team looking like a serious threat to win the division and potentially compete for a Super Bowl next winter. The big news for LA this offseason was no question landing Matthew Stafford in the blockbuster trade that sent Jared Goff to Detroit as well.
Now, Sean McVay and LA have added quite the playmaker to the offense in Jackson. While he’s no longer in the prime of his career, Jackson is still a speedy wideout who can make some outstanding plays for a quarterback.
Last season, Jackson was limited to only five games on the season due to injury, but he’s ready to get after it in 2021. He’ll now be doing so for the Rams, with the team continuing to make some big moves throughout the offseason to instill fear in the Seahawks, 49ers and Cardinals.
