Kareem Hunt’s dad throws Browns offense under the bus on Facebook

Kareem Hunt’s dad was openly ripping the Cleveland Browns offense over on Facebook.

The Cleveland Browns offense is so bad right now that Kareem Hunt’s father, Kareem Hunt Sr., is criticizing the team on Facebook.

Cleveland dropped to 6-6 on the year after falling to the division rival Baltimore Ravens on Sunday Night Football, 16-10. Though the game might have been played in The Charm City, the Browns defense forced Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson into throwing four interceptions. Again, Cleveland scored a whopping 10 points in a game the Browns had to have in the divisional race.

Here is Hunt’s banter about how pedestrian the Browns offense has looked in recent weeks.

While it is abundantly clear that starting quarterback Baker Mayfield is hurt, why is head coach Kevin Stefanski putting him out there? He has a more than capable backup in Case Keenum, a signal-caller who ran this same offense to perfection for the 2017 Minnesota Vikings. All Keenum has to do is hand the ball off to the likes of Hunt and Nick Chubb to have success in this scheme.

Hunt led the Browns with 20 rushing yards on seven carries in an offensive quagmire of a football game for Cleveland. This is the seventh game the Cleveland offense has scored fewer than 20 points in a game. Outside of the road beatdown of the Cincinnati Bengals a few weeks back, Cleveland has not scored more than 17 points since losing a shootout to the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Browns were a Super Bowl contender to start this season, but Stefanski’s offense has been nothing short of pitiful for the better part of two months.
