Best Anytime Touchdown Picks For Week 14

Ezekiel Elliott  – Dallas Cowboys vs. Houston Texans

Ezekiel Elliott has been elite over his last five games, scoring in each of them and posting seven scores overall in that stretch.

Now, he gets an extremely favorable matchup with the Houston Texans, who have allowed 15 rushing touchdowns so far this season, the fifth worst mark in the NFL.

Yes, Tony Pollard is still going to be involved in the game plan, but Zeke dominates the goal line work for Dallas. He’s an easy bet to score in Week 14. – Peter Dewey

Chigoziem Okonkwo – Tennessee Titans vs. Houston Texans

Treylon Burks came through for me in the Sunday Six two weeks ago when he recovered a Derrick Henry fumble in the end zone. Last week, Burks continued his emergence with a great touchdown grab against the Eagles, but sustained a concussion on the grab and is out this week against Jacksonville.

So, we turn to the other rookie pass catcher for the Titans, Chigoziem Okonkwo. Last week he led them in catches with four for 68 yards. He’s gotten five targets in each of the last two games and that usage will go up with Burks out.

I’ve still got my head above water in the Sunday Six anytime touchdown picks standings, but a 5 to 1 hit with Okonkwo would catapult me to the top. – Josh Yourish

Sam Darnold – Carolina Panthers vs. Seattle Seahawks

Darnold had five rushing touchdowns last season and scooted in for six in his first start of the season last week. Now, he faces a Seattle defense that is 23rd in EPA/Play this season and is trending in the wrong direction, ranking 29th in that metric since the start of Week 10.

If the Panthers are able to move the ball off a bye and get a handful of red zone chances, Darnold has proven he can take it into the end zone with his legs as much as his arm. At this long of a price, there’s good cause to back him for the second straight week. – Reed Wallach

Raheem Mostert – Miami Dolphins at Los Angeles Chargers

Taking an opposing running back against the Los Angeles Chargers, in any capacity to be an anytime touchdown scorer, is usually a good call.

The Chargers rank dead last in opponent yards per carry, allowing 5.4 yards per rush, and they’re 20th in opponent rushing touchdowns per game.

If you’re trying to decide which Dolphins running back to back on Sunday night between Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson, consider the fact Mostert played 61% of offensive snaps last week, so he’s likely to get the majority of carries against Los Angeles. – Iain MacMillan

Justin Herbert – Los Angeles Chargers vs. Miami Dolphins

Herbert’s inability to close out games and frustrations within his development has been in the news throughout the week. Fortunately, the Chargers’ matchup vs. the Dolphins at home with a total of 53.5 and growing should help elevate his status within the league once more.

Miami has struggled to contain quarterbacks all season, ranking second-to-last in the NFL in rushing yards allowed, while also allowing three rushing touchdowns this year.

The safer play is on tight end Gerald Everett to find the end zone at +320, but your boy is in need of a big win as the clock keeps ticking, so let’s walk down narrative street in an ideal matchup.
