Kay Adams picks between cheesesteaks, BBQ & Chiefs, Eagles

Kay Adams joined Sterling Homes of the Arrowhead Addict Podcast and made her pick for Super Bowl 57.

Kay Adams, host of Up and Adams on FanDuel TV, who is on the final stretch of her search for Smirnoff’s first-ever Cocktail Coordinator to be revealed on Monday, took some time to talk with Sterling Holmes of the Arrowhead Addict Podcast about drinks, food, and of course, some football.

A Mizzou alum, you have to expect Adams is going the direction of the Chiefs on this one, right? Adams likes aspects of both teams. Holmes put her through a little game of “This or That” to get her take on various Philly vs KC questions.

Before that, though, Adams answered a big question: Which of the injured quarterbacks is going to have the bigger game? She thinks it’ll be Mahomes, who she has fewer questions about.

“I was really impressed with the offensive line with the Chiefs. It’s gonna be one of those weird trench games. But if it comes down to the quarterbacks, you look at what Jalen Hurts looked like against the No. 1 defense they ran all over him. 148 yards on the ground, Miles Sanders doing his thing, four touchdowns agains this No. 1 defense, but I didn’t love what I was seeing out of Jalen Hurts himself. I have quesitons about Jalen Hurts that I just don’t have about Mahomes.”

Now, the important stuff. Perhaps the most important question: Cheesesteaks or barbeque?

“Um. Cheesesteaks, for sure. I’m so sorry, But yeah, I can’t do those bones and stuff like that and I don’t like barbeque sauce.”

Between A.J. Brown and Travis Kelce, Adams thinks Kelce has the better day. She also thinks the Kelce mom is just sitting back and enjoying the game instead of rooting for one of her sons.

She wasn’t all Chiefs, though. Adams thinks the Eagles’ offensive line beats Chiefs’ pass rush.

Of course, the most important thing… Who is Kay Adams picking to win?

“[The Chiefs] were slept on the whole year while everyone was talking about everyone else. Close game though, high scoring.”

Kansas City. Who else?

Smirnoff’s first-ever Cocktail Coordinator will be revealed on Instagram @Smirnoff this Monday, February 6! Before the big reveal, fans can follow along with the finalist challenges on Instagram all weekend long.
